SERIES OF DIDACTIC EXERCISES progressions and series
With YouCoachApp you have available a series of didactic progressions, exercises with a common objective (For example: A technical skill, applied technique or tactical objectives) or a specific operational mean, to be able to create your sessions.
By combining the progressions by objective you can create training courses, or in other words, sequences of exercises with the same objective that include a didactic path with a gradual increase in the difficulty.
The cataloging of these exercises allows you to know which of them have been previously used, to be able to proceed in a different manner.
- Use a distribution for the lineal workload with a constant increase in the difficulty
- A rendering procedure where difficulty changes from workout to workout without a precise relation with the previous training sessions
- A progressive steps procedure in which difficulty remains the same for 3-4 training sessions
- A procedure in which workload decreases as time goes by

Series with dribbling, half-reverse dribble and change in direction as objective are integrated by didactic videos in which some types of dribbling and changes in direction are presented, these are used by players of the top series, to be able to provide the coach with examples of technical skills so that they can teach them to their players. These videos can be used as examples to teach players that they should try to reproduce the proposed skills.
