Organization
Place 4 players wearing the same t-shirts on each square. Four players from a square start possessing the ball, white in this case.
Description
- The four players with the ball, placed in their square can only move inside of it
- A player from each team from the adjacent squares, in the example with white t-shirt and blue and red shorts, go attack the white team in order to regain the ball
- If one of the two players regains the ball, he passes to the square where his team is located, they must keep on possessing the ball
- In the square where there is the ball, players always face a 4vs2 situation
- If, for example, the ball is regained by a red player and he passes it to his team, then a grey player and a white one will enter the square trying to regain the ball
Variations
- Perform the exercise at 2 touches
- Place 5 players on each square
