Losing your marker, Intercepting, Ball possession

Arrange freely the players inside the square. Place 2 cones inside the square. Split the players into 2 teams of 4 players. 

  • The teams have to strike the cones with the ball whilst in possession
  • The team without the ball have to block the passing lines trying to regain possession whist protecting the cones
  • The players possessing the ball have to switch rapidly the playing zone to release the passing lines to strike the cones


  • 1 point for every cone shot down
  1. 2 touches max. allowed
  2. For younger players set 3 cones to make the exercise easier
