¿Cuánto cuesta la suscripción a YouCoach?
La suscripción a YouCoach es gratuita. Sólo tienes que registrarte introduciendo tu dirección de correo electrónico y tendrás acceso a los contenidos y secciones de la pagina web.

He perdido mi contraseña, ¿qué debo hacer?
Puede cambiar su contraseña usted mismo desde el panel de inicio de sesión haciendo clic en "¿Ha olvidado su contraseña?". Introduciendo el correo electrónico con el que está registrado, recibirá un mensaje con toda la información necesaria para cambiar su contraseña.

¿Puedo cambiar mi dirección de correo electrónico?
Para cambiar la dirección de correo electrónico que ha introducido, haga clic en "Mi perfil" en el menú personal, que encontrará en el lateral como último del menú principal; a continuación, haga clic en el botón "Editar" e introduzca una nueva dirección de correo electrónico en el campo Correo electrónico.

I've paid: when will my subscription be activated?
The subscription is activated at different times depending on the payment method used. If PayPal is used, activation is immediate.
What is included in the YouCoach subscription?
By subscribing to YouCoach you will have unlimited access to all the site's content, access to YouCoachApp, access to 1000+ drills to create your own soccer sessions access to some exclusive e-Books and videos for subscribers and a discount on all products not included in the subscription.
Do I pay monthly or once a year, and is the subscription valid for the whole year?
By choosing a YouCoach subscription, you will have access to all services reserved for subscribers for 12 months, starting from the day the subscription is activated.
When will my subscription expire?
The subscription expires after 12 months from the subscription date. You can see the expiration date of the subscription by clicking on the personal menu, located on the side as the last item of the main menu, on "My profile".

What happens if I don't renew my subscription?
All information on YouCoachApp is accessible only with an active subscription. At the end of the subscription validity, it will not be possible to access YouCoachApp and use all services reserved for subscribers. There is no automatic or implicit renewal, it will be up to you to decide whether or not to renew your subscription.
Can I download the YouCoachApp application on my smartphone?
YouCoachApp has two versions: the web version, for which you just need to go to the website and click on the YouCoachApp item in the main menu, and the native app version that can be downloaded for free from the Play Store and Google Play.
I can't see the articles reserved for subscribers even though I am subscribed, what should I do?
To access the services reserved for subscribers, in addition to having a valid subscription in progress, you must log in with the same user with which you placed the order. That user will be assigned the privileges of a subscriber. For YouCoach, every registration made with an email not present in the database is considered a single user who has no relationship with other users.
How can I renew my subscription?
To renew your subscription, simply follow the instructions received by email or visit the page below to renew your subscription.

Can individual drills be printed within the application? Can player cards be printed?
Yes, individual drills within a training session can be printed. Two printing options are available: a reduced one with only the minimum information needed to conduct the exercise, and a complete one with all the additional information of each exercise. It is also possible to print player evaluation sheets with all the fields related to the individual evaluation sheet.
Can the individual exercises proposed daily on the website be printed?
Yes, only with an active subscription and always from YouCoachApp. Just enter the app, search for the exercise of interest using the filters, add it to a training session and then print the session.
Where can I access YouCoachApp?
First, you must log in to the website with the same account with which you subscribed, then go to the website and click on the YouCoachApp menu item in the main menu.

How do I create a new team in YouCoachApp?
In YouCoachApp, the number of active teams simultaneously depends on the type of subscription subscribed to:
- With the Coach subscription, you can only have one active team and infinite archived teams. To activate a new team, the active season must be archived and a new team created from the "My club" menu by clicking on "New season".
- With the CoachPro subscription, you can have two active teams and infinite archived teams. To activate a new team, at least one of the active seasons must be archived and a new team created from the "My club" menu by clicking on "New season".
- With the Club subscription, you can have from 3 to infinite active teams and infinite archived teams.
What forms of payment are accepted?
The accepted payment methods are: Credit card through PayPal and PayPal.
