  • 1 speed ladder
  • 3 poles
  • 6 small hurdles
  • Sufficient balls to ensure continuity
Preparation
  • Playing Area: 20x20 meters
  • Players: 6 ( or more)
  • Duration: 12 minutes
  • Series: 3 series of 2 minutes and 30 seconds (1 minute and 30 seconds of passive recovery between the series)
