Player A starts the game, give him a ball.

Description

  2. A passes the ball to B
  3. B does an oriented control and passes the ball to the movement of A1, closing that way the triangulation
  4. Player A passes the ball to C, while B goes to B1
  5. C does an oriented control and dribbling in speed toward C1, turning around on the marker, while A gets closer to the central cone on A2.

The exercise is repeated during the whole series

Rules

Coaching Points
  • Keep a high rhythm during the whole exercise, activating that way the aerobic component
  • The foot must be slightly relaxed, to be able to amortize the impact of the ball and execute a better oriented control
  • Remind players that the movement with the body, after the oriented control must be done to protect the ball from a possible opponent
  • During the pass, the player must close the skill after hitting the ball accompanying its track with the movement of the leg
