Organization
Place 4 players wearing the same t-shirts on each square. Four players from a square start possessing the ball, in our example those players are the white ones.
Description
  • The four players with the ball, placed in their square can only move inside of it
  • A player from each team from the adjacent squares, in the example with white t-shirt and blue and red shorts, go attack the white team in order to recover the ball
  • If one of the two players recovers the ball, they passes it towards the square where their team is located, they must keep on possessing the ball
  • In the square where the ball is, players always face a 4vs2 situation
  • If, for example, the ball is recovered by a red player and they gets to pass it to their team, then a grey player and a white one will go in to try to recover the ball

Variations
  1. Perform the exercise at 2 touches
  2. Place 5 players on each square
