Form a 15x15 meters square using 4 markers. Place a silhouette or 2 poles behind each corner of the square. Place a pole or a silhouette at the centre of the square. Divide the 9 players at each corner (3 players at one cone). Place 9 cones (orange in the figure) on the diagonal, 4 before the central pole equally spaced, and 5 after the pole at different distances. The first 2 players in front of stations A and C start simultaneously.
- The first player of station A starts carrying the ball facing the 4 cones using both feet
- Once reached the pole performs a dribbling on the yellow space
- After passing the pole with a feint, the player passes the ball to a teammate on station B and keeps running to get in line at station B
- The teammate receiving the ball performs an oriented control behind the silhouette to the left side
- The player with ball possession passes to teammate on station C and keeps running to get in line at station C
- Once received the ball with an oriented control to the left, the new ball carrier has to overtake the silhouette
- Then faces the cones spaced with different distances
- Once reached the pole overtakes it with the same dribbling then passes to teammate on station D and keeps running to get in line at station D
- The teammate overtakes the silhouette with an oriented control
- After passing the silhouette, the player passes the ball to a teammate on station A and keeps running to get in line at station A
- Perform the exercise in the opposite station order A, D, C e B
- Use only one foot for the whole exercise
- Teach the feints and dribblings before performing the exercise
- Increase the number of players to have longer pause between the series
- No recovery during the exercise
- Exercise useful as warmup
