- Players: 15 + 1 goalkeeper
- Duration: 18 minutes
- Series: 2 series of 8 minutes interspersed with 2 minutes of passive recovery

- The coach passes to one of the 2 midfielders
- The midfielder gets the ball and passes to the other midfielder
- Pass to the striker
- The striker controls the ball and then passes to the closest winger who comes inside to receive the layoff
- The winger makes a long switch pass for the opposite winger
- The player controls the ball and crosses the ball into the box for the teammates to finish on goal
- Divide the team in 3 groups of 5 and swap them after every finishing movement
- The players that performed the exercise go back to the starting positions rotating in a anticlockwise way
- The players have a rest on the spot until the next group has completed their action
- After the first series, change the attacking side (cross from the left then from the right)
- Three touches only allowed
- Focus on the targets:
- Physical - Aerobic training
- Technical - Passing, crossing and shooting
- Tactical - Movements for the 4-3-3 system
- The players have to move with the right timing taking the correct positions in order to shoot at goal
